I asked for an consultant vist, had my own x-rays, asked about dentures pop in, when I made the appointment, due to did not want to waste anyone's time, just to see what the dentist offers, when I made the appointment the office personnel should have known the dentist did not have the skills to complete the task, yet they were not transparent. Another waste terrible experience. Wish I could give a ZERO!!!

Poor service model here. I called and made an appointment, noting that I was going to immediately need an Invisalign tray (even at a date before the first consult) on my call. When I arrived to deliver a Release form as per the instructions on the phone, I was told that this made no sense, and when I said that I was doing what the person over the phone asked, I was told they were an answering service and that the actual office "was not privy" to that conversation. However, she then checked the notes of that conversation and read out everything I have described above, only to tell me that I wouldn't be able to get Invisalign with them until May at the earliest, due to a new doctor coming over. I suppose I wouldn't have known that until after I had paid for my first consultation! Also the lady had so much contempt for me in her voice.
