Brident dental is a great place to be. I must admit this is my favorite location. The service is superb! Staff have great attitudes with respect for their clients. I have been coming here for years no matter the distance. I live 1 hour away and do the 2 hour drive back and forth because of their wonderful service. My daughters braces did an excellent job at repositioning her teeth! What can I say it’s worth stopping buy and getting all your dental needs here!
I guess there is only one dentist at this location that takes my insurance. I was canceled twice for a Saturday appointment because he is unavailable. My issue is that the appointments were made with his availability in mind. Very unprofessional and upsetting. I work during the week so I guess I just have to be in pain until I can find an office with available dentists or I have to take off of work. Yay me
I had a great experience, front desk was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to dr Sarra and Wendy R for my cleaning!
