Won't be returning felt like I was being forced into paying out of pocket for a root canal for my daughter when I just wanted the tooth out its was what I requested and should of gotten end of story as a guardian but seems like we were being rushed to just settle for a root canal and dentist just all over the place won't be returning again

Everything was extremely difficult from making an appointment up through communicating with the dentist. Our first appointment got cancelled, but no one called to inform us. Second appointment was made, but there were all sorts of insurance issues that were dealt with rudely by the staff. When my daughter was finally seen it was rushed and our concerns brushed off. We were given an outrageously priced treatment plan that only addressed one of the two major issues she had. I understand insurance can be complicated, but there’s no need treat clients with such disregard and refuse to help them work with insurance. We will not be back to this practice.
