Called 3 times to figure out why they haven't called in my mom's pain meds. she an appointment at 8am today to get her teeth pulled. Left 15 mins after 9 called the pharmacy they were never called in. Here it is 1pm still no medicine and no one is picking up the phone at the metro dentist on Lorain. Why have a phone if you're not picking in the calls ?

I had root canal removed which went great and then I need a crown and getting filling the problems is that they trying to have me a payment plan or have bill to pay for my crown talking about my insurance doesn’t cover crowns first off yes they do Caresource pays most of everything and I call my insurance and said they do and this clinic lie to me expect me to pay how much it I for a crown I had crowns when I was a kid And teen years. With no cost because my insurance pays for it anywhere, I feel let down. And disappointed over pay that they earn the most and complaining

They don’t answer the phone! Made me wait 45 minutes and didn’t answer! So I had to hang up! This happened to me twice on different days! And now they are charging me more for my dentures because I got upset with them because they never answer the dam phone! Also. My immediate dentures are terrible. Please avoid getting any dentures from them. There’s a place that manufactures them out of Detroit and they are just terrible. They don’t tell you you can’t eat with either. They don’t fit my bottom gums and never been able to wear them properly since I’ve gotten them! Had to pay over $1200 for these and they won’t give me my money back for any of it. I’ve gone back to them four times to have them reset and all that but they’re just too big into my mouth. They rub up against my tongue I can’t talk I put glue on them to hold them in place, but my tongue keeps hitting them. they pop off my gums. These people don’t care! They don’t treat you like a patient. They treat you like a customer and
