I love everything about Bright Now! Dr. Koya and all her staff are personal, friendly and make going to the dentist easier. I just had wisdom teeth out, she prepared me so I wasn’t scared and the staff made the experience as pleasant as possible. Truly wonderful staff!

Staff was not welcoming. Had to fill out 6 pages of paperwork on the first day with a 1 year old instead of them mailing the papers before the first appointment. The one lady with short curly hair behind the desk kept mugging me because my son kept trying to open the door and I kept having to stop filling out the papers to get him. Finally after the 10th time she decides to get up and lock the door. The 2nd lady at the front desk asked if I could take my son to a more kid friendly place after I suggested to reschedule so I could fill out the paperwork first. Was very disappointed as I am a first time learning parent.

My first time here and the Staff there is AMAZING, very welcoming Very Nice. Friendly I recommend everyone to go here. Got my tooth pulled and my doctor was soo gentle and caring I love her I will be back this is my NEW dental Home I LOVE IT 10/10 The best ever THANK YOU STAFF
