My 3 sons are patients of the Keystone, Indianapolis location. My oldest son has recently had his braces removed. We just want to share our appreciation for Kristen w/ortho, who regularly was the 1 replacing & giving updates on his braces, progress & journey!! We really think she's awesome at what she does & is a really sweet & knowledgeable individual about her career. Thank you, Kristen!! With the 1st initial experience being a disaster due to the previous orthodontist (no longer there) putting the mouthpiece that holds the mouth open to apply braces being too tight. My son has a scar from 2yrs ago that's still healing!! After which, we made the change! The best change for the best results! Again, thanks to Kristen & the Dentist/Orthodontist overseeing it all! MS. Anika and Ms. Lynnette are the best. They are so patient and friendly ,they make u feel like family at Pippin
Rude and nasty staff from the front to the back. I moved an hour away from another location and this was only 20 minutes away. They refused to honor my appointment that was scheduled over the phone. You should have different names if you will not see the same customers.
