I paid for a permanent partial. They worked on me for well over 2 or 3 months. Finally they delivered the partial. It was NOT what I paid for. It was a temporary partial. I had to fight with them about it. The dentist finally researched it and agreed that I paid for a permanent one. Here it is 2 months later. (I've left 2 messages and talked to 3 people over the last week) Here we are. The receptionist finally took my call today. It seems as though, the lab has a new staff and they are sending incorrect products. So they are finding a new lab and have to scrap everything already started. If they were honest, it might not be so bad. I'll be getting a refund and finding a new dentist. I'm not going through months if this again.

If I could give a 0 I would, don't bother if you want a good dentist with good office staff.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! If you go to this dentist I would suggest getting a second opinion. I went in yesterday for an exam and to create a treatment plan. I walked out feeling defeated! They wanted to do over $4,000 worth of work on my teeth! I went to a different place to get a second opinion and I will only be paying a little over $1,000 for all of the work. Brightnow was wanting me to pay for 6 crowns when I only need two! Absolutely ridiculous! This place is a scam and they only want money! Would Absolutely never recommend this place!
