Gentle Dental Greenfield

The out of state patients. How crazy our health is takin care of when not in our home state. First time I had someone come in room before any work to collect payment. Doctor was going to make another appointment to extract tooth. I'm not sure what has gone wrong with health care

Like others have posted, I have gone to Gentle Dental Greenfield for many years. Going to the dentist is probably my least favorite thing to do but everyone at this facility makes it the most pleasant experience as possible. Not once have I ever had any issues. Dr. Hall is a phenomenal dentist and I would follow her anywhere unless she moved out of the Valley. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility and staff to anyone looking to find new dental care providers.

Dr. Emily is fantastic! She is personable, professional and down to earth. I have never had a crown done so expertly with so few adjustments. I knew this crown would be tricky and I have high anxiety so she booked extra time for me so I could have plenty of rest times in between if I needed them. I found that very thoughtful. She also checks in with you as she works: asking how you are doing, letting you know how much time is needed in a sensitive spot. Not only did this help my anxiety but I feel it makes the difference between a good experience and a bad one. Also, a shout out to Jenny! She is so sweet and kind and makes you feel like you are her friend. I'm so glad I didn't settle for second best and kept looking until I found this practice. It's great to go to an office with people that care so much about what they do.
