I had to get a super last-minute root canal and they could not have been more accommodating and kind. I expressed to Dr. Smith how nervous I was and he was so patient with me. He did such an excellent job and I felt so well taken care of by everyone. I was in 9 out of 10 level pain before my procedure and they were all incredibly understanding. I obviously hope I won’t need more dental treatments in the near future but if I do, I will absolutely be coming back to this office to see Dr. Smith & his incredible staff!

They just helped me with my first root canal and all I can say is wow, that’s it?!!! They took such good care of me! I’ve had more painful dental cleanings! After visiting my regular dentist for a root canal, I was referred to Red Mt.Endo. The staff slipped me in the very next morning and Dr. Richardson & assistant completed the root canal with minimal pain & discomfort. Dr. Richardson and assistant explained the entire process before we started so I completely understood everything this procedure entailed. The check in/out staff were very friendly and professional. The office was very clean & bright. I was able to do the new patient paperwork online with a user friendly website! The parking at the office was also very good and getting to the office was easy with the directions they provided.
