I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Going here made me extremely self conscious and sent me into a spiral. I went in for a cleaning and to get a tooth looked at and obviously I had cavities times have been tough and the dentist isn’t as accessible as it used to be so I thought going here would be okay! it was not okay. Whenever I got my cavities looked at the hygienist in the back goes “wow she has that many cavities, jesus” absolutely just ruined me and i started crying cause I already feel bad enough, she told me as well that I had a severe gum disease and I decided that I should go to a specialist for that disease, turns out I do NOT have the disease and I let this women freely put antibiotics in my mouth without even letting me ask her questions. Don’t go here unless you wanna be judged and have money taken from you

This is literally my best dental experience! Here’s my story….I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time! I’m typically unreasonably terrified but I found myself needing to get bilateral hip replacement. In order to get a surgery date they require you to get dental clearance. I do not have dental insurance but have OHP. If you have ever tried to find a dentist that takes it you know it’s impossible and when you do find one it takes months to be seen. Well this office takes it! They got me in for an exam within 3 days! When I got there they took me straight back to X-ray. The girl taking them was so encouraging with her words “great job” “perfect” “awesome” I laughed and told her I felt like I was in a photo shoot. Then I’m off to see DR L who gave me the run down on what was needed and what he recommended but left the decisions up to me. No pressure and no judgement. Then came the oral hygienist Debbie. She checked me out and said she had time to do the cleaning right then! Yes pl

Debbie is attentive and an excellent hygienist. I have been going there for some time but my last experience with the front desk was not good. She was abrupt and argumentative. She refused to make a 4 mo appt and when I explained that the dr/hygienist requested that she was very short with me and dismissive. I was saying thank you and she was not even polite. I left feeling disciplined and not valued as a customer. Maybe it was a bad day for her but she didn’t have to take it out on me - doesn’t seem right my follow up care was determined by the front desk & not my dr/hygienist!
