I wouldn't go here if I were you. I had an appointment here last year, scheduled another appointment, and then they called to cancel it the day before. I scheduled another appointment, and then they canceled it the day before again. This happened 4 times, until I gave up and found a new dentist. And now I've found out that they billed my insurance for an X-ray I didn't actually get. I've tried to call them multiple times and have gotten no response, so I'm having to deal with my insurance.

They have a nice receptionist- and dental assistant. Mind you when they actually answer the phone- which is basically NEVER! Amazing I ever even got a 1st appointment- at the 2nd worst dentist ever. That is the ONLY nice thing I have to say- about this EXTREMELY poorly run office. Your life will be treated with zero regard- if you are on Medicaid. I have been trying to get EMERGENCY dental surgery- through this dental group associated with Capital & Gentle Dental since FEBRUARY! It is now almost AUGUST! Last week they called left a message said NOTHING- and I had to call my insurance AGAIN to get answers. I was finally called to be told I can call next week to schedule my surgery. Something last week that could have easily been put in a voicemail! If you want a quality dentist this WOULDN'T be the place! Update to owner- if I call YOU NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE- I AM NOT GOING THERE IN PERSON TO DISCUSS HOW TERRIBLY YOUR OFFICE IS RUN- HIRE MORE FRONT DESK STAFF. THERE ARE NUMEROUS REVIEW

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone over there—I left 6 messages over a period of 4 weeks to make an emergency appointment and never got a call back so I have finally switched dentists. This was after I’d been a patient with Smilekeepers for years and had an ongoing treatment plan. I did have some good experiences with the actual dentistry staff though. The girls were all very sweet and comforting. The one bad experience I had with the actual work done on my teeth is when I chipped my front tooth the week before my wedding (it chipped diagonally off the bottom so it was HORRIBLE!). They were so nice to move things around on the schedule to get me in the day before my wedding and they made my tooth look brand new. However, when I was leaving I asked if it was a temporary tooth since I’d never had a new tooth created from porcelain free hand by a dentist. They said no it was a permanent tooth but that it would be fragile so I had to make sure I didn’t chew with my front teeth. I tri
