I wish I could do negative stars. It has been one headache after another with this place. My mother has been getting hit with one bill after another. She went and specifically asked what she would be paying out of pocket and they said nothing and then a few weeks later gets a bill for $25 that "the insurance didn't cover". $25 whatever not worth fight over. But now they're saying she owes $800! Not once was this disclosed before hand! She would have never agreed to that amount. This place is not what it used to be. I don't think their front desk workers are properly trained in inputting insurance information.

Overall the best dental office I have been to. Dr. Feng is excellent. No nonsense, no selling. Provides the recommended treatment you need. Gloria (office manager) very professional. Assistants and Hygienist are very good. My rating of 4 is based on my first experience which was not good. I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Elliot. Hour and half later still no Elliott. Not good at all. I had to ask what is the delay. Dr. Feng stepped in after she finished up with a patient. That wait was worth having her as my dentist. If Dr. Feng leaves, in my humble opinion, this will be a tremendous loss for this office.

I just started going to this dentist. Started beginning of the year they made room for me to get my cavities taken care of in two visit in the same week. Very disappointed how they treated me yesterday. So I scheduled an appointment 6 month out for teeth cleaning and whitening. Left work for this appointment and listed out on 24 hrs of overtime. When I get there. They tell me I don’t have an appointment for whitening. Also won’t Accommodate me because they supposedly ran out of the whitening supplies at a dentist office. How do you run out a supplies for a dentist office at the beginning of a month doesn’t make sense then they wanted me to reschedule couple weeks down the line when I tell them I’m unable to because that’s the peaky fire season All I could say is when you schedule your next appointments make sure you have documentation stating what you’re getting done
