Was thinking about taking my kids here to the dentist. But after my last experience a while ago. Taking my kids here for their first disappointment ever they were excited. Posted right on the wall says you can't take pictures of them, and you cannot sue them for malpractice is in the paperwork. Be very careful on reading what you're signing. So I took a picture of my daughter's not of the staff. one of the staff threatened to call security on me. It was a horrible experience and after great consideration of reading everyone else's reviews. This place is an absolute hell hole. They are very crooked, and as in for care of your child. They are very rough. With so many bad reviews back-to-back from multiple customers they can't all be wrong.

When the phone is answered, they ask to put you on a brief hold and then some music plays then it says “no one available” and hangs up. So, when I told SONIA that no I cannot hold because of that very reason, she said “well we have people in line we need to help” and kept saying it over and over “we have people in line” “we have people waiting we need to help” no matter what I said like. Why even answer the phone then? What purpose does it do? It makes no sense at all. So to schedule a simple appointment i guess you have to go “wait in line” or you’ll hear a broken record about how they can’t do their job because they have to many people to take care of. Do better as a front staff. Edit: THEY NOW DONT TAKE APPOINTMENTS AFTER 3 BECAUSE THEY SAID “THERES JUST TOO MANY PATIENTS AND THATS WHAT CORPORATE WANTS” SO BASICALLY THEYRE UNABLE TO PERFORM THEIR BASIC DUTIES IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Despite the fact that my insurance covers fillings, the Dentists at Western Dental love to figure ways out for you to pay out of pocket. When you go here, be prepared for the well-dressed financial guy to sit next to you when you're in pain wanting you to pay something that your insurance covers out of pocket. But don't worry, they'll make it sound like they're on your side because they offer in-house payment plans ????. Steer clear of this place. If they want you to pay for something out of pocket get a second dental opinion elsewhere first. I'm never coming back here again. They did the same thing to my wife for a prescription she didn't need and now she's in collections because she stopped paying for the $1,000+ for gum treatment medication.
