I went in today for my yearly checkup. I got a cleaning and filling. I saw Dr. Kristy Pleasant who was very nice and knowledgeable about what she was doing. While I was there she educated me on ways to better my oral hygiene and take care of my teeth. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Pleasant.

Read this BEFORE scheduling. The website says they offer nitrous or IV sedation but they don’t. They don’t offer nitrous for regular procedures and IV sedation is only for surgical procedures. I suffer a horrible anxiety and going to the dentist is very hard for me. The doctor that did my exam was horrible I can’t remember her name but it was NOT Dr. Phui. I told her I had pain in one tooth and she taped it very hard with the mirror whilst saying does that hurt? (Well, yeah obviously, I just told you) she wasn’t gentle or patient at all. The other staff was nice though.

Went for an appt at 3:30. Had my daughter's exam done. The lady that did the exam was rude and condescending. Told my daughter that she needed to floss and if she didn't feel like flossing they could just fill her small cavity. I did not like the way she spoke to my daughter. She could have said it in a much better way. At 4:30 we were told that we could reschedule for the cleaning or wait an additional 40 minutes. I told them the reason we made the appointment was for a cleaning. She said they didn't have time unless we wanted to wait an additional 40 minutes. I asked her why we needed to reschedule when I made an appointment for a cleaning and we'd already been there an hour. She told me I only scheduled for a check up. Wth??? That was not what I scheduled! I scheduled a cleaning. I told her to forget it and that we'd go somewhere else. I've spent a few thousand there just on myself in the past and they treat us like we don't matter. Take your business somewhere else. Will not go ba
