In 2020 I had the extraction of my wisdom teeth with this guys, the experience was horrible because of the waiting time, I don’t understand why they make appointments if the don’t even respect the times, I just change my fantasy because they are rude and they don’t respect your time. Is insane and this was each single time, I finished my business because they are really bad, but surprise 3 years later I got calls from them trying to said my insurance didn’t pass… ????? It was 3, years ago, yes but we have time to claim the money da da da, they was trying to charge $80. I told my husband because he takes care of insurance and when they callback again the woman was pretty upset about he taking and was me asking to send us to collection and we are stealing and a bunch of rudeness, by the end my husband called the insurance and guess what, nothing was owed to that trashy place, they put them in the call and that said was a mistake we are sorry, we was auditing. I got there on time at 2:00 p.m. I waited for 45 minutes and nobody called me in so I had to go home and reschedule.

Dr.Hector was Excellent: I have been a patient at this office for 15 years. My Dental Hygienist appointment was canceled for the second time at the last minute and this is unacceptable Professional Behavior: The office contacted me when I was pulling up in the parking lot area. I was not notified within 24hrs from Bright Now Dental office. I live to far for this to continue to happen at this Dental office. They need to have at least two Dental Hygienist on site in case of emergency Thank you
