Doctor was gentle while working with my mouth / on my teeth , assistants were on task area was clean front desk / counter could improve customer service by providing more better details of information for any treatment being done, payment options before hand , during and after(follow up)

I've been coming to this dentist for over 5 years now. I recommend Dr. Saul and his assistant Mo'Nay. They did an awesome job today, and I'm always satisfied with their service. They always do their best to make their patients feel comfortable. If you're nervous going to the dentist, Dr. Saul is definitely the doctor you need to see.

Been coming here for years but recently we haven’t had the best experience with them. I received my night guards and they didn’t fit. They did a new impression and I waited almost 2 months to receive it and when I did go to finally get them they sat me down and the doctor was getting ready to do impressions again because he said that they were “lost”. I had called to make sure they were there before I went and they said there were. I told him and they found them but They don’t even know what they are doing anymore. Everything gets “lost” now. They “lost” my husbands crown too. Will definitely be using a different dentist from now on
