I was a patient until I moved out of state. I had a lot of dental work done here that left me in a lot of pain. (I couldn't eat anything but pancakes and things that didn't require chewing for days after the fillings I had done). I was asked to come back several times so they could correct the work that was causing the pain. After a lot of back and forth, it was resolved, but I don't think it should've happened to begin with. It's been over 2 years and I still have pain/sensitivity sometimes and the fillings cause dental floss to shred and get stuck in my teeth. I wish I got a second opinion before agreeing to the work they recommended. When I was leaving the practice, they told me that I had a credit on my account. I was promised that someone would call to get the refund initiated. I have now talked to them in person, once on the phone (where I was again told someone would call me about the refund), and have sent 2 emails to get my money back, and still have not heard from them. So far I have had a great experience at Brittingham Dentistry. Everyone I have encountered answered my many questions. I was diagnosed with an infected tooth and they set up a plan right away to fix the problem. They literally held my hand the during the part of the procedure! ????
