Burg Childrens Dentistry & Orthodontics - Hunter Park

These place was a great place before they just called me 5 minutes before my 3 kids appointment and told me I had an appointment I told them that usually they call me 2 days before and the receptionist gave me an attitude and was really rude about it ,and they she told me they called me yesterday and I ask her to what number and she gave me a whole different number and she goes and tell me well you guys dirent answer and ask her so how come you dirent call these number your calling now and I ask her if we can make and appointment then as soon as possible and she was telling the dates she had available and I was thinking about what day works best and then she tell me okay well if you don’t like any off those days you can go somewhere else and try another place and I ask her for her name and simply hang up the phone ,she was really rude disrespectful and doesn’t look like she works there at all I would not recommend these place at all.

Normally we love this place, however the last 2 visits we’ve waited 20+ minutes after our appointment time. Today 3 people walked in late (10+ mins) and were all seen before us. Today the appointment that was after us came back with us and they were both seen first. Super frustrating for sure. The dentist is great, staff is friendly, but they need to get scheduling down a little better, patients time is valuable as well.

Had and amazing experience from day one to a year later when they removed my daughter’s braces, super professional , patient they really care to make sure everything works out the way we wished! Extremely happy with my daughter results.
