I love this dental office but the front desk girl that has helped me a few times in person and on the phone has been very disrespectful and unprofessional also, this is the second time I've been here and the first time I got a nasty cold sore on both sides of my mouth and after this last visit I'm getting yet another cold sore. I always seem to get these sores after I go here and I've never had this problem before. If you're sensitive to to pulling a tearing at the sides of your mouth please let them know ahead of time so they can be more gentle. Other than those things this dental office is amazing mostly everyone has been amazing and the place is so clean.

DeMille MacKay Dental office is the best. Kind, friendly staff. They all seem to love their jobs. Clean and comfortable office from the front office to the treatment rooms. Check them out. I think you'll love them, too!

Dentist is good at what he does. HOWEVER, they totally overcharge. Many things are not covered by insurance, you will cover out of pocket. Some they are up front about, i.e filling material. Others, you don’t see until the bill arrives (for the fancy xray and other upcharges) so check your bill! You WILL pay a SIGNIFICANT amount over what you would pay at another establishment. When we called to inquire what all the upcharges were beyond the filling material we agreed on, they kept explaining they use “high quality” this and “better material” that. Also, front desk doesn’t really know what they’re talking about and very often schedules in wrong time slots that you have to return a different day to have the work done. If you have billing questions, chat with the woman in the back office because she really knows and was able to give me the details of why my bill was so high after insurance paid 80%
