Butternut Family Dentistry: Michael Darling, DMD

Set up an appt online because you can’t get anyone on the phone at either of the 2 numbers they have. The number for appts keeps hanging up on you. Booked appt on their website. Received email that they got the appt. Went to the location and door was locked and building looks closed down. Could not get anyone on the phone, tried the text option, no answer. Horrible way to run a business. Won’t be trusting them with my care if they are even still in business. If not, you should remove yourself from Google and from insurance website searches as that’s how I found you.

Very unprofessional and the doctor does not have adequate staffing and he does not clean your teeth well at all

I usually take my daughter here but not nomore the dentist was supposed to give my daughter a root canal and shave her teeth down and did not proceed with the root canal instead gave her a filling now she in pain..I do not Recommend this dentist office to no one don’t even bring your kids here he dont specialize in children at all..
