They office is clean and has beautiful architecture. The staff are nice. They are personable and make you feel less anxious while you're being worked on. Most importantly, I went in with pain and left without pain. I called with emergency level tooth pain and they got me in the next week. The only downside is I have to pay out of pocket and had a hard time finding the building that the office is in, but the dentist is worth it. He made sure I was okay and not in pain from the time he did the novacaine shots all the way through and assured me if I wasn't numb or was in discomfort, he would administer more or do whatever I needed. I will 100% be returning and recommending!

Knowledgeable, understanding and gentle, Dr Mead did the best he could to navigate my anxiety, while still giving me the facts I needed in order to make the best dental decisions. Then his office workers went out of their way to help me plan out the payment of the plan we chose and made appointments and had me on my way quickly. I'm a fearful and anxiety ridden patient and they treated me well while also giving me the options I needed to make decisions.

I had a wonderful experience at downtown dental I was very nervous at first mainly because I didn’t know where the office was and that it was in downtown Syracuse and I don’t go downtown hardly at all, but when I spoke with the girl the receptionist she was very positive About parking and gave me a couple of suggestions to try and made me feel it ease about that And she actually remembered our conversation when I got there and she asked me where I parked and I told her I parked on the street and she said that was great And was able to do that that made me feel good. When I got to see the xray tech who was going to do the x-rays I started to talk to her about my situation with my teeth And she was very supportive. The only thing that happened there was then all of a sudden I had a new technician and that was kind of weird and I had to start talking all over again. The x-ray process was awkward. Sometimes it hurt in my mouth when I had to bite down for them to take the x-ray,. Then I me
