I ENJOY MY VISITS TO DR. CRUMBS OFFICE . EVERY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH HAS BEEN REPAIRED BY DR. CRUMB AND I LIKE HIM AS A PERSON. MY DENTAL HYGIENIST IS LISA AND SHE IS FUN AND ENGAGING WHILE PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT CLEANING . VERY HELPFUL OFFICE STAFF AND FREE COFFEE. WHAT ELSE COULD A GUY WANT ?

This box is too small and 5 stars is not nearly enough to describe my experience with Dr. Craybas and his amazing staff!!! I did extensive research on cosmetic dentists here in the Syracuse area before finally making the call to set up an appointment with Creative Dental Concepts. If you're anything like me, there is a lot of anxiety associated with any major dental procedure. From day one, Dr. Craybas and his staff made me feel comfortable and instead of dreading each appointment, I couldn't wait!!! My new smile is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The Facts? *I was able to make an appointment within an extremely reasonable amount of time. *The first impression I had of this office was over the phone while setting up my initial consultation. Nicole was very friendly, welcoming and informative (a huge plus since I was so nervous about this appointment). *I had several visits for my procedure and they never kept me waiting. Most people don't say they love their dentist office, but I do. Every single person there is a pleasure. They are able to make you feel comfortable and accommodate your needs. I would recommend Dr Craybas and his team to everyone.
