CNY Dental Arts PLLC

I haven’t been to a dentist in well over 10 years due to insurance issues. I was finally able to get in to see Dr Austin for the first time a couple weeks ago and I am so happy with this office. Everyone is so kind and compassionate and seem to actually enjoy being there caring for people. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office for anyone looking!

Just had my first exam and cleaning here. My experience was great! The staff was so kind and I had no wait times whatsoever. My hygienist was so kind, which helped the anxiety I had previously had during dental visits at other locations. I leave my appointment feeling amazing and like I have brand new teeth!

10/13/23 Surprisingly Unprofessional. Back in may. I called here because I wanted to come home to get my Dental Work done. I moved to Georgia. I was told to email my documents my license and the lady would let me know after she checks my insurance etc... when appts would be available. Never heard Anything from these people. I felt like she was lying the whole time we were on the phone. That she wasn't gonna do anything. I was right she wasted my time for nothing. This place is bogus.
