My fiance and I went here today with our new born. I asked if they had a bathroom so I could change my daughter's diaper and they said no they don't have one. So I had to walk across se 14th st to go to the nearest gas station to change my daughter.
The office staff is not customer friendly. I have a 1 expereincd where there was an issue with my appoint and i was never called. I have also had an issue with billing where i visited the office three or more rimes and was never told. They need to improve their vustomer service . It is horrible.
I have had a good experience since the first time i went! Although i do have to say some of the front staff can be a little more welcoming. Also, wait time to get taken back was a little longer than i would have liked. I was about 15min early but wasn't taken back until maybe 20-25min after my appointment time. I still give them 5 stars because i know things happen. Communication is key with your patients.
