Policies deny parents access to their children during exams and procedures. These policies increase potential abuse and do not provide safe and non employee advocates for minors. During an after procedure talk my child (11) stated feeling pain during the procedure, the hygienist corrected him saying it was only pressure, he then stated again, no it hurt bad, and the hygienist ignored him. I, the parent, was not able to meet or talk to a dentist, the dental hygienists act as messengers. I would categorize this as a "chop shop" dental practice for minors.

The staff at the front desk are disrespectful and rude. I felt discriminated against by the staff and doctors. I went for wisdom tooth removal and they kept ignoring me when I told the nurse and the doctor I could feel the pain. It was painful because I had all 4 removed and I felt every pull. I had to hold the table I was laying on. The doctor said stop moving the while nurse give me a nasty look. All I could do was cry. I couldn’t have my parents there due to their policy. I was uncomfortable with everything. Don’t ever take your kids here.
