Care First Dental - Affordable Dentist, Medicaid Dentist, Dentures, Extractions & Crowns

(This is my first review, I was so annoyed that I had to…) My appointment was @ 1:20 , I arrived @ 1:00. (The confusion I met when entering the building was absurd.) 2-3 Different establishments in one place with no clear direction of where to go, just aimlessly wandering opening random doors to see if it’s the lobby for the dentist. I was the only person in there for a while but then one other person arrived but I still ended up waiting until 3:00 to go into the back. Once back there I continued to wait for another 30 minutes. Then I was asked one question and given three pieces of paper. Three “referrals” what I came into the office for never happened. (Wisdom teeth examination) So after almost 3 hours of waiting I received a few pieces of paper, them telling me that what I came in for has to be done somewhere 45 minutes away. Not to mention the other person that arrived after me was also complaining about being there for several hours with absolutely nothing done she had planned a r

Talk about a medicaid scam. One dentist over scheduling every patient by 10/15 min, literally only see the doctor for less than 5 min. Staff does everything 1/2 way. My cleaning lasted less than 20 min. Always wait an hour past your appointment, appointments get cancelled without notice or rescheduling. ALL AROUND AWFUL.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. This was our first visit and we decided to leave. They had the insurance company on speaker phone to get benefits information for another customer. You could hear everything. I am not sure why companies these days are so relaxed with hippa and people's privacy. Do not recommend I will find my mother another dentist.
