I had an appointment for routine cleaning/dental exam on 6/5/23. Dr. Antley has installed video cameras, in the ceiling, in each patient care room. This is a violation of HIPPA. No explanation behind this! I was NOT asked for permission to be recorded, I did not sign consent for permission or offered a waiver to be seen/viewed on video camera. I have taken proper protocol to report this activity. When I brought this to her attention she acted as if she didnt know HIPPA guidelines as a medical professional. Sad! How dare she! Good luck to Dr. Antley! This kind of nonsense should never be permitted or tolerated!

If you're searching for a quality and caring dentist in Columbia, this is the place. I've always had dental phobia, but the staff here makes all of that disappear as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

It is totally inappropriate to push radiographic procedures on clients when they don't wish to have them. No legitimate medical practice force patients into having procedures they don't wish to have. It's unprofessional and appalling that you refuse to do a dental cleaning unless I submit to xrays. And, you told me its 'standard of care' to have yearly xrays, when IN FACT the ADA recommended xrays only every 2-3years unless there is a medical reason to perform them more frequently. I had no such indications.
