First visit was today, now a forever client! Dr. Felder and her assistant were amazing! They were both so inviting and calming. Very nice office! Great team!
I have had great experience's , Dr. Felder is the greatest.
This place is one of the worst ever! They are so unprofessional. They have a knack at collecting more money upfront for services; yet, when you compare that with your EOB (explanation of benefits) and decide to ask for overage,, they have the audacity to tell you that they will just apply it to you're next visit. "NOPE, I'll take that, now!" They give you the run around for over a month. Well, I work for the insurance company that pays them... On my next visit for a cleaning, the two (2) techs; one doing the cleaning (no even a 1/2 decent job, is talking over me to tech #2. Then, the dr. (Felder), who has always come out to review the final work, never comes out. Of course, I'm relieved, but when I go to check out the receptionist who's always there leaves her (Cassie) station for someone obviously in training to wait on me. Checkout took every bit of 30+ minutes. Of course, I knew this was staged from the moment they asked my name (2Xs). The surprise came when I encountered frie
