I was greeted immediately and escorted to a room. Dr. Cottingham and his assistant were ready and we got started. My (much needed) procedure was completed in less time than I expected. I left his office happy to be done but feeling pleased at how caring and well-organized things were for my dental procedure.
So I have been going to this practice for over twenty years. It was great for years, but ... Sad to report this has changed drastically. Practice taken over by another dentist who doesn't care about his patients, avoid at all costs!
EVERYONE IS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL! THE TECHNICIANS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AFTER SEATING AND MAKING YOU COMFORTABLE! THANK YOU DR. COTTINGHAM FOR YOUR KINDNESS!
