I am writing this review and I'm not even the patient, my elderly father is! He is 92, and a Korean War and Vietnam Vet. He goes to the VA for everything. Well, they referred him to Dr. Gillespie for a root canal and he had no idea why because he already has a dentist who has done extensive work on his teeth. He needed to find out where Dr. Gillespie's office was, and why he was referred there. Being that he is hard of hearing, he insists on talking to people - in person. I took him and my mom. We got there at 3pm, we both went in, and I told the front office ladies why we were there. I was just amazed when Sharon got up, told us to wait a minute, came back and said "Come on back" motioning for my dad to follow her into the treatment area. My mom and I waited in the lobby a few minutes before we also were invited back. They were very patient and understanding with my dad - who can be very cantankerous. Wow! Wow! Wow! Is wrong for me to want all my teeth to have a root canal done so Dr. Gillespie and staff can provide that exceptional treatment and service again. I have seen Dr Gillespie several times for root canals. He and his staff are amazing! I am terrified of procedures and they make me feel comfortable and take great care of me!
