I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were open on Friday until noon just in case someone had and issue. They don't want anyone to be in pain over the weekend. That shows me that they really care about their patients. Dr. Desai did a great job. I had no pain at all and he made sure everything was done right. He was comforting and checked with me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was alright. If you need anything done, this is the place!
I have had a couple of root canals done by Dr. Desai and he has made it a great experience! Dr. Desai thoroughly explains everything in a gentile and caring manner. Amy is so supportive and pleasant during the entire process. From the minute you step into the office, you are greeted warmly and efficiently by Barb, Michelle, Bonnie and others....Carolina Endodontics makes root canals so easy to endure!
My initial reaction of needing a root canal was one of fear and anxiety. However being in a lot of pain left me no choice as I needed some relief quickly. As soon as I spoke with Ms. Sue I knew I was in good hands. She assured me everything was going to be fine. Ms. Dianne and Dr. McHugh made one hell of a team as they couldn’t have been more professional during the entire process. I told both of them they shattered my perception of a root canal. Flawless and painless! Please go see them, the entire staff are the best!!!
