Dr. Matthews was in and out of the room so fast, that I didn’t have time to process or ask him any questions about my upcoming tissue graft procedure. I was passed off quickly to the scheduler, Lori who was very rude and condescending about my situation. I felt very rushed through the process and left feeling unsettled and charged $200 without the answers I needed. I called back with questions and asked to leave a message for the doctor to call me back, but instead they passed me back to Lori. She is not a doctor but was trying to advise me on what to do post surgery to keep my gum issue from happening again. Again, she was very condescending and not helpful at all since the “advice” she was giving me was basically just her opinion and possible solutions. I cancelled my surgery and will be going with another office that can treat me with respect and listen to me and show the care that is needed for my situation.

My dentist referred me to have a root canal done. Scheduling was over a month out, but an opening became available the same day, and they got me in. Dr. Rachel Matthews is incredible! I've never had such a pleasant experience anywhere as I did with her. She did a fantastic job, and it was quick and painless! I hope never to need a root canal again, but if I do, there's no one else I'd rather have it done with. A few reviews mention issues with the office staff, but that was not my experience. Every person I talked to was so friendly and helpful, especially Lori, who I spoke to on the phone and after my procedure was complete. I highly recommend this office and highly recommend Dr. Rachel Matthews!

Dr. Matthews was so great to work with. He took the time to explain the procedure and made sure everything went great. His staff is A+ too!
