DentalWorks York Road

I picked up my partial/dentures today. Dr. Roberts made sure that they fit perfectly and that I was comfortable putting it in and taking it out. He also told me how to take care of it and gave me a denture care kit with container to keep them in and a special denture brush. It had written instructions on care but I was also told to call if I had any questions. The partial looks and feels very natural. I am very pleased.

Overall the staff and office environment is nice, a very pleasant group. However they don't answer the phone and the answering service is bad. I keep getting an automated bill notice every other day for an amount that I should not be owing and need to get this taken care of. My only service was a general xray and cleaning, I made it clear not to give me anything that was not covered at 100% and they agreed. Office, please pick up the phone so I can get this taken care of.

We recently moved to Rock Hill and have been looking for a dentist. I couldn’t be happier with my first visit at a DentalWorks! The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean. Dr. Roberts was very kind and easy-going yet professional. My hygienist Diana was absolutely wonderful! She is very thorough and caring. My husband and our adult daughter also felt the same way. I highly recommend!
