i've been coming to this place for about 5/6 possibly even 7 years. Customer service WAS phenomenal. One dental assistant even held my hand during treatment because my anxiety was through the roof. The girls have Made me laugh, Made me Cry and made me smile a whole lot. Sang happy birthday to me one year.... Until 2021.... Maybe covid had an impact on the atmosphere of the establishment. Dr. Miranda left and even tho he had the personality of a stick, it is still better than what I deal with today. The customer service is HORRIBLE chairside manor is horrendous. Dr Pough does not listen to her patients concerns... I called to cancel and appointment and was hung up on because I said OK... No questions were asked about rescheduling it, not even a good bye !! Will not recommend this office to ANYONE ever again!!!

Over charging people 30% more than recommended highest price for a simple extraction

I was a regular patient but this most recent time when I went everybody in the back was brand new even the girl up front was new and the service was very poor they did not treat me at all. They're going to charge my insurance and I received no actual care.
