Doctor petrova is the absolute worst! She lets her emotions get in the way a lot and that triggered how she treated me in her last visit. She doesn’t care to understand patients reasons for not keeping up with visits, but goes off on them as if they are children. Furthermore, she prolongs scheduling times and my gum disease is getting worse! Word of advice Dr. petrova,, you should REALLY consider your patient engagement strategies, you were absolutely unprofessional. So shameful, truly sometimes these certificates cannot help to become a good human, it drags if anything. Switching dental places.

Had my tooth implant done here. That’s not a fun process and I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to surgery and dental work, but it was offset by how knowledgeable and professional the doctor was and how friendly, personable, and professional everyone I talked to was. Every step was explained thoroughly and proper expectations were set in regards to healing. It was a long process as to be expected but my implant healed really well! I am glad to have taken the plunge to have my baby tooth replaced and I’m glad to have done so here. Cost was about what’s expected for this treatment and they accept CareCredit so it worked out.

Very unprofessional!!! The dentist provided me the increct referral for endodontics. She messed up the direction of the X-ray and the number of my teeth and gave me the wrong suggestion. They still want to charge extra fee for the ENDO SPECIALIST(endo consult) on my quote!!! DO NOT RECOMMAND IT!
