Castle Dental & Orthodontics

Absolutely disappointed with the Castle Dental Ortho team! It feels impossible to get a hold of them, when they move from office to office daily I would expect them have a schedule left with the offices so they can easily be located! How am I supposed to locate them for xyz reason if none of the offices nearby can help me find where the ortho team is located today.? I have been trying to reschedule my appt since Friday. I left a message for them to call me back once they could be located but I never received a call. I even submitted an online request via their website and never go a call back.. I call this location on Thursday at 9am to get a hold of them since I know they are here because this is where my appt is scheduled. I call at 9am and they tell me they will have the ortho manager reach out to me to help me with rescheduling for a different location since I need a different day other than a Thursdays. Ok…… it’s now 3:36pm I call AGAIN. No answer, I leave a voice mail… 4:45pm I

Tiffany is the main reason I gave a 5 star rating. She performed the procedure I had perfectly! What impressed me the most was, she went above and beyond with her kindness towards my special needs daughter.

Dental Hygienist Ms. Tiffany was very polite and answered all my questions with helpful information. So was the rest of the staff. Will gladly come back to this location!
