Promise Dental is the best dentist I have ever been too. Everyone is very friendly, informative, and caring of your needs. I have been going here for about the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. The office is extremely nice and updated, and the receptionist always offers you a bottle of water upon check in. My dental hygienist is amazing, friendly, and very thorough with my needs and wants. I also love that I can get refill for my whitening trays for only $20! I will not be changing dentist offices unless this one closes, which I truly hope doesn’t happen! Highly recommended!

Had a terrible experience. The only good thing about this place is the interior design. Customer service is a nightmare, nobody wants to pick up the phone. I was seen on a thursday by a general dentist and was told a root canal was needed, I paid for that appointment and had another one scheduled next day with endodontist. Because of issues with the credit system I was not able to get the procedure done, it only took them 4 hours to figure that out, and the endodontist never saw me, I was just sitting waiting. At the end I tell them that I would have to go somewhere else (which i did) and left thinking that everything was ok. Little did I know that for next 6 months I was going to keep getting messages saying that I owed $155 for that friday I went and received no service by absolutely no one, they said that they were charging me because the specialist looked at my x-rays when the root canal was recommended by their own dentist the day prior. I tried to talk to them and after a month

I was a patient of Promise Dental for five years. During that time, they applied two crowns to my teeth. Four years after application, one of the crowns crumbled to pieces. I was by then living in a different state and my new dentist informed me that Promise Dental had used outdated materials to create my crowns and that was why they didn't hold up. When I contacted Promise Dental to ask about this, they said there was nothing they could do. I would advise you to beware of having any dental work done here beyond a cleaning because they do not stand behind their work.
