They’ll run your insurance incorrectly, bill you incorrectly, and never answer your questions about it. Horrible, horrible customer service and questionable billing practices. I’m at a new dentist now that (of course) explains their charges, but I’m still receiving a bill (wrongly) from Castle Dental! This is despite the insurance company contacting them, me contacting the Better Business Bureau, and this being sent to their Regional Manager. They are a nightmare. RUN!
THE RECEPTIONIST WILL CHARGE YOU FOR PROCEDURES THAT YOU NEVER HAD AND CLAIM "TO NOT NO HOW TO REMOVE IT" Dr Peterson is truely the most amazing Dentist but you have to get through the TERRIBLE receptionist first. They never call in percriptions to your pharamcy and then blame the patient when you call them out on it. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and have no empathy at all. I'm truely amazed with the amount of bad reviews the reception staff have that they even still have a job.
Terrible experience. went in January 2023 for consult for new dentures. They incorrectly verified my insurance, and then SUBMITTED A CLAIM for payment even though they don't take wellcare HMO. I've been trying to get that claim corrected since February 17th. I have called multiple times, filed grievance with my insurance. And still no correction. when I went into their office they also tried to get me to pay OUT OF POCKET for dentures that were never made. scam artists. do not reccomend.
