Cherry Street Family Dentistry

I had a disappointing experience at this dentist office today. My previous dentist no longer accepted my insurance, so I was forced to find a new one. I read reviews online about this location and it seemed great (I later learned in their lobby that they incentivize great reviews with gift cards). Prior to my appointment, I filled out all of the online paperwork. I arrived at 12:45 for my 1:00 appointment and was asked to fill out even more paperwork. Annoying, but no problem. After turning in my paperwork, I waited another 55 minutes to be called back for x-rays. I didn't even see the dental hygienist until after 2:00. Although she was nice, I noticed that when she was checking my gums, she repeatedly typed on the computer with the same gloves that she would then put in my mouth. I didn't say anything because I was hoping that the keyboard had a protective, replaceable cover I just couldn't see. She did a good job cleaning my teeth, but around 2:55 I asked how much longer my appointm

They are so nice and accommodating. They are always very open with the communication on when your appointment is and flexible if you need to change it. I HIGHLY recommend Cherry Street Family Dentist!

This was the best dentist office I’ve ever been to!! My hygienist, Kacy, was super sweet and kind. She walked me through the entire appointment and let me know everything she was doing. Dr. Jump was really efficient and nice. I’ve had super bad experiences with dentist offices, and Kacy and Dr. Jump definitely changed this for me.
