Nice people. Doctors are Helpful. They care about your well-being. Would be treated there again.
I miss the old staff- Dr. Flechum is amazing, but the front staff didn’t know me and then was in no rush to find out when I was supposed to be back for my repair work. The old staff would have been on the phone with insurance today, knowing my history of healing, to get me back in next week. Progress is wonderful, but if you lose the personal connection, you will lose customers.
Excellent and very professional service I received. From checking in to the Dental Hygienist Amy and my dentist Dr. Stephanie I was given the royal treatment. They explain everything they were going to do, before they did it. Even with the billing, that too was explained in simplest terms. I would recommend this office and Dentist any time. The office is very clean and looks great. The chairs are comfortable.
