Chestnut Hills Dental Pittsburgh Shadyside

I want to put a new review here to draw some attention from the supervisor that the current 8-month teeth cleaning cycle is not good for the patients health. And the overbooking situation has been going on for over a year now, with no improvement at all, only getting worse. No doubt this office has great doctors and staff. But you have to hire new hygienists ASAP to solve the current problem. The Chestnut Hills Dental is expanding so quickly these years - you can't put more hygienists into this office? I have talked with my insurance - they also said it's NOT OK to get teeth cleaned every 8 months, instead of every 6 months. My insurance company also called this office related to this issue, but nothing has been done for months! New patients need to be aware of the situation with this office. Hope they can really start solving this problem as they have promised 1 year ago...

Excellent customer service from the best dentist I know. Patient and thoughtful front desk staff who must handle both the nice and grumpy clients. They are terrific.

Dr. Wilson and his assistant Sally, were very helpful and personable. I didn't have to wait. When I told the receptionist I was in pain with a toothache; I was given an appointment ASAP!
