Very bad customer service. Lack of cleanliness and sanitary concerns. The clinical coordinator Mary Ann is rude and condescending. My four year old received services unnecessary to drive up insurance cost. The procedure done on my child is not recommended for children of his age. My child left in excruciating pain. We weren’t given a prescription or aftercare. Currently waiting in the emergency room.

My 3 children have went here for more than 10 years. Wonderful place!

The customer service here is terrible. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. Literally only at the front door. Receptionist is rude. She said grace periods are different per patient. I said well you all give a 15 min grace period. She said well sometimes it’s 10. I said ok I apologize, however how was I supposed to know you all decide to to give a grace period to? She said “hold on one second, I’ll see if anyone is back there.” She comes back less than 20 seconds later and says “everyone is gone.” I laughed as I looked at the items left in the waiting area. I said well you all are the ones who literally booked my children for 2 4pm appts, how is it that no one is here to service them. Needless to say, I won’t be back. This place has definitely gone downhill over the years. I used to absolutely love it. Even customer service while making the appts was not what I was used to.
