Luckily I haven’t had the pleasure to go into their office but lady answering the phones was extremely rude. I called a few days ago to schedule an appointment and let them know that I am only available Wednesday since that’s the only day I have childcare. The soonest they had was March 6. I call back today saying my availability opened and that I can do any day after 3pm as my husband is willing to get out of work earlier for me to go in. Lady flat out said there’s nothing available which I find really hard to believe. Typically a receptionist would at least look and take a few minutes. This one continues to say she would add a note. Meanwhile, I am dealing with lots of pain and infection in my tooth and I’m just supposed to wait over a month like this?!?! I’ll now need to have my dentist get a different referral for me and re start the process

If you are in a dental situation where you have to get a root canal, you will want to go to Dr. Vivona's office immediately. I am not kidding. I have had root canals prior and after a bad experience (i.e., novocaine supply was bad), you can imagine my apprehension and anxiety of going to a new endodontist. Throughout my visit, the staff, his assistant, and Dr. Vivona assured me I was in good hands and to let them know, at any time, if I was experiencing any pain. Good news was there was no pain and, for a root canal, a pleasurable experience. I cannot believe I am writing the word pleasure with a root canal. Thank you for the great care and the best outcome possible!

I have always been terrified of the dentist, and when they told me I needed a root canal I feared the whole time up till the appointment. Dr Vivona was so kind and funny, made the whole process so easy and painless. I would recommend him to anyone!
