CITIDental South Boston

I had not been to the dentist for about 3 years so I was a little hesitant about going to a new dental office, however, Dr. Hoang and her staff are so welcoming and friendly. My hygienist, Stephanie was great and she was able to point out some recommendations and did a deep clean. I also had some cosmetic work done by Dr. Shea and I am so happy with my results. Overall had a great experience at Citidental and would highly recommend to new patients!

Nice clean facility but terrible service - I was wrongfully told I need a lot of work done (went to other dentists that all disagreed with the work needed) and the dentist continues to avoid sending me my x-rays which they are legally required to share with me (I've repeatedly asked via email and phone)

I scheduled a same day appointment at Citi Dental South Boston for a chipped tooth and they accommodated me that day. Stephanie did a cleaning for me before the procedure which I was very happy with. She was then very detailed in explaining to me my options for the chipped tooth. The office also makes sure to go over pricing/insurance details before starting any procedure. Dr Hoang fixed my tooth and it looks amazing. There is also a cute pup in the office to make sure everything goes well. I chipped my tooth at 10 AM and was out of the office by noon with a cleaning and a fixed tooth so I am very happy with the level of service.
