The hygienists and dentists are all great, but I had a billing issue that made dealing with the office quite annoying. It all started because I was incorrectly sent a $25 bill for missing an appointment that I didn't actually miss. Not a huge deal but it took many calls to finally reach someone and explain that I didn't miss any appointments. Once I did, the person on the call said it was an error and they would fix it. I thanked them and also asked to cancel my next appointments. I thought we were on the same page until a few weeks later, I received another bill but this time for $50, stating there were now 2 missed appointments. Not only did they not resolve the original issue I had called in for, but I guess the person on the phone didn't actually cancel the appointment in their system when I asked. I finally got it resolved after calling back a few more times, but it was a real pain for a small amount of money

Ellen is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is fun, smart, and quick. I was someone who disliked the dentist, but get such great care from Ellen that I've been coming back every three months. Thank you, Ellen!

The staff at Gentle Dental was extremely helpful, from the receptionist to the Dental staff. Everything went very smoothly. Lorrany the dental hygienist that assisted me was immensely professional and patient. She took the necessary X-rays needed and took the time to explained the treatment course for me. I would be happy to recommend this clinic to anyone.” I had a very positive experience in the treatment, customer service, and overall process with Lorrany.
