Clement Park Dental Care

I don’t know what happened to Clement Park dental. Started out nine years ago and thought they were great. Last two years they have been spiraling downward Front receptionist lied to me about changing my appt time, and now recently tried to change my appt day and time three times because the dentist or the hygienist was not there. Finally gave them up. Don’t waste your time or money with these folks.

Dr. Fung and all the dental hygienists are absolutely fantastic, but the front desk/billing side needs serious improvement. When I first made my appointment for my procedure, front desk quoted me ~$180 copay. Fast forward 3 weeks when I showed up for the appointment, the cost is now $424. Front desk couldn't really explain the cost increase, except repeating all quotes are just estimate and may not be accurate. I then asked to cancel the appointment due to the unexpected cost increase, the front desk then informed me that they would bill me $85 to cancel. At the end, I decided to do the procedure and pay the $424 fee (more than double of what originally quoted) since I already took the time off from work and don't want to deal with the $85 cancellation fee. I later called my insurance company, and my insurance company confirmed that as an in-network provider, this office is only allowed to charge me $188 copay for the work. The dentist and hygienist were great but since ownership changed, billing is a nightmare. Just give me my bill, I’m happy to pay but 3 separate bills over the course of a year for the same procedure?!?!? Tried calling several times to get appointments for my family, straight to answering service and no one returned the call.
