Crestline Dental Group and Orthodontics

The team at Crestline Dental Group have been wonderful over the years, both for ortho and dentistry. Dr. Boswell and Dr. Hartman have always taken the time to assure my dental needs were taken care verse feeling rushed through. Both the office and dental staff are super friendly and organized. If you’re looking for general dentistry or ortho care, I’d highly recommend.

The best thing about this office is the staff, the front desk is very friendly but unfortunately that’s where it ends. The equipment is ancient, outdated and inoperable. I went in for a routine cleaning and a minor toothache. They were able to see me quickly (within 1 week) however their x-ray machine was not working. Also I sat in the waiting room for about 40min before being seen, with other patients being taken back before me. When I was finally able to be seen, the room and equipment was dirty, taped together and appeared used and abused. The doctor who saw me looked at my teeth for maybe 5 minutes with her picker tool before recommending some outrageous $524 laser treatment, of course not covered by insurance. I asked if she saw any cavities and she saw none. I went to another dentist today and they reported I had 2 cavities and a possible 3rd on the way. Inexperienced and possibly overworked staff, not the type I’d want working on me. Not a chance was I going to bite on the outra

I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and my dental assistant Kristy made it very comfortable and welcoming! She was extremely kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back! :)
