Perfect Teeth

I have had 3 visits with this office. On my last visit I was 8 months pregnant and experiencing significant gum bleeding which is typical of my pregnancies and goes away after delivery. The office pushed me to return in 4 months, when I said my insurance would not cover that, they argued with me yet did not contact the insurance company. When I asked to schedule my 6 month appointment they were unable to because their calendar was not open that far out, which seems strange for a business that literally deals in appointments every 6 months. They then emailed me to say I was overdue for an appointment 2 months later, never responded to my email back to them. I also called their office 3 separate times to try to schedule my 6 month appointment and even was told they would call me back, yet have not heard from them or been able to schedule a visit.

I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I got quoted over $1,000 per SIDE of my mouth to get a deep clean. They said I needed to see a periodontist. Do not go to this location unless you want to get ripped off. They tried charging me multiple times- I refused to pay because I knew that insurance would cover it. What do you know, insurance covered it. I ended up going to a completely different dentist and they said I do not need a deep clean or to see a periodontist. Don't let them rip you off they don’t care about your oral hygiene they just care about your $

This is the worst dentist office I have ever seen. They didn't submit my insurance request for payment for over a year after the visit which caused the insurance to deny the payment. Now I have a ding on my credit because of their incompetence. Staff is not helpful or friendly and office never has the same people working there. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.
