Perfect Teeth Dental - West Jewell

I have been trying to get in touch with this office for two months. My original appointment over a year ago was at their Yale location (now closed), for which I never received a bill as I saw them for a standard cleaning and my insurance covered the cost. I had a second cleaning scheduled for December 2023 and arrived at the Yale office only to find the door locked and the lights off with a letter taped to the inside of the door informing me that the office's hours were being cut in preparation for it to be closed and merged with the West Jewell office. This was after having my appointment confirmed by their automated system a few days before. I then decided to no longer do business with Perfect Teeth, and I thought the matter was over. However, two months ago I started to receive unexplained bills in the mail, with no indication of what I was being charged for. I have now called many times, and never been able to get ahold of anyone who could explain the bill to me. I have even shown

Needed an emergency appt due to an unexpected fall/face-plant. They were able to get me in, in under an hour, perform x-rays, and do thorough exam with the doctor. If there were more than 5 stars I would select that!!!!

I went there on Monday because I had an abscess tooth and needed to be seen as an emergency. They refused and told me the soonest I could be seen was over two weeks She specifically shrugged and said there's nothing they can do about emergencies I have reported them to Kaiser I have been a patient there for 4 years And will never go there again Someone like this front office person who can cruelly and casually dismiss someone in pain should not be in the medical field
