I didn’t know what to expect when having a deep cleaning but the experience was awesome. They explain each step and was very knowledgeable in helping me with my care plan. Highly recommend!

Came in for a cleaning after it had been rescheduled on their end. I was able to accommodate their new availability no fuzz. This morning I called to move my appointment, however I didn't need to because the time worked on my end. Well, when I get there, they tell me that they took a walk in because my appointment was at a different time. She asked me what I wanted to do, if I wanted to wait she couldn't give me a time that the cleaning would be done, not once did she mention other times that would work. All I said to her was we are done here, and i left. As I am leaving she screams sarcastically have a nice day bye. I find that completely disrespectful. This place has made so many mistakes I've witnessed dentist and staff arguing in front of patients. It takes alot for me to complain. This today was the last time I ever come to this place. They don't know what they are doing, and I don't trust them. I will be finding a new dentist and hope you don't make the same mistake I did.
